Gutter, fascia and soffit cleaning across Teesside
We clean gutters, fascias and soffits across Teesside using a water-fed pole from the ground for most houses, and our own cherry picker with MEWP-qualified operators for the awkward, high or hard-to-reach properties. We can also repaint lead flashing while we're up there.
The roofline that gets overlooked
Gutters, fascias and soffits don't get a second glance until something's wrong: an overflow in heavy rain, or white uPVC gone green and grey along the front of the house. We clean rooflines all across Teesside, both the outside washing that keeps them looking sharp and the inside clearing that actually stops the overflows.
Water-fed pole for most houses
For the majority of homes we use a water-fed pole: a telescopic pole with a soft brush that delivers purified water straight from the ground, so there's no ladder resting on your gutter brackets and no one balanced up a wall. Pure water dries without spots or streaks, so white uPVC comes back looking properly clean rather than just wiped over.
Cherry picker for the awkward ones
Some properties can't be reached safely by pole or ladder, whether that's height, a steep bank, a conservatory in the way, or a commercial building with a complicated roofline. That's exactly what our own cherry picker and MEWP-qualified operators are for. It's the same setup we use on high-access commercial jobs, including the work we did on the 1689 building on Finkle Street, Stockton, for Hartburn Roofing, so an awkward three-storey house or a tricky landlord property is nothing unusual for us.
Lead flashing painting
While we've got the cherry picker or pole in position, it's often worth sorting the small jobs at the same time. We offer lead flashing painting to refresh flashing that's gone dull or started to look tired, keeping it protected and matching the roofline. It's a job that's much easier done alongside a gutter clean than on its own.
Inside and outside are different jobs
If your gutters overflow when it rains, that's almost always a blockage inside, not a dirty exterior. We offer interior clearing, vacuuming or hand-clearing debris and leaves, as a separate service to the exterior wash, and most customers book both together in one visit so it's sorted properly rather than half done.
Coastal properties need it more often
Houses around Redcar and Hartlepool pick up salt film on their uPVC rooflines faster than anywhere inland, which dulls white plastics and feeds algae on top of it. We'd suggest an annual clean on coastal properties, whereas inland across Ingleby Barwick, Stockton and Yarm every two to three years is usually plenty.
Free quotes, honest advice
Ray will look at the access and the roofline before quoting, so you get a free, no-obligation written quote that reflects what's actually needed, whether that's a pole clean, a cherry picker visit, or both jobs on the same day.
