Our own cherry picker, and the training to use it properly

What sets us apart from most exterior cleaners on Teesside is straightforward: we own our own cherry picker, and our operators are MEWP-qualified. That means gutters four storeys up, high gable ends, commercial fascias and signage can all be reached safely without scaffolding, without ladders balanced somewhere they shouldn't be, and without the job dragging on for days while scaffolding goes up and comes down.

Roofs, done the right way

We never pressure wash a roof. Ever. Moss and algae are scraped off by hand, then a biocide treatment goes on to kill what's left at the root, so the roof stays cleaner for longer instead of coming back green within a year. It's slower than pointing a jet washer at the tiles, but it's the only method that doesn't risk damaging them, and it's the reason our roof cleaning work holds up.

Gardens as well as buildings

Alongside the cleaning side, we do garden maintenance and landscaping too: lawns, turfing, borders, paving, decking and hedge work. A lot of our customers use us for both, tidying the garden and the exterior of the house in the same relationship rather than juggling two different contractors.
